Barbara Kilian, MD, specializes in LGBTQ+ patients. Her Open Door@MCC service is available on Monday and Wednesday. She received her Doctorate in Medicine from the University of Texas. She joined the MCC team in 2019. Dr. Jennifer Kreger completed her medical degree at University of California San Francisco and her Residency Program in Modesto, CA.

What is patient care?

Our definition of patient care includes curative, preventive, rehabilitative and complementary aspects of care. We work with community partners to provide this care within our health centers and we refer patients to community resources when appropriate.

As a Federally Qualified Health Center, we are a community-based healthcare provider that receives funds from the Health Resource Service Administration Health Center Program to provide primary care services in medically underserved areas.

What are the medical teams at MCC?

At MCC, we have two medical teams: the Red Team and the Purple Team. As a patient, you are assigned to a team that includes a patient care coordinator, nurses, medical assistants, and clinicians. We provide you with personalized care and the ability to communicate directly with your care team.
