Your COVID-19-related appointment, whether in person, virtual or a diagnostic COVID-19 test, will be covered by insurance. For visit unrelated to COVID-19, you may be responsible for a copay, coinsurance or deductible. Your out-of-pocket cost depends on your insurance plan.
