What's new at Maury Regional Medical Group?

Patients now have access to a new patient portal that includes test results (lab, imaging, etc.), visit summaries and bill payment.* Maury Regional Medical Group patients are able to securely message their provider through the new patient portal.

What is the new electronic medical record system for Maury Regional Health?

Most Maury Regional Health entities began using a new electronic medical record system on November 1, 2018. Patients now have a medical record that reflects inpatient and outpatient services received at the following Maury Regional Health entities:

How do I contact Maury Regional Health technical assistance?

Technical assistance is available 24/7 by calling 1.877.621.8014. *You may receive services from a provider who renders care in our facility but is not a Maury Regional Health entity or employed by Maury Regional Health.

How secure is the patient portal?

The Patient Portal is stored on a secure server and communications with the server are encrypted. However, be aware that no encryption method can be guaranteed to be unbreachable.

Once your name, social security number, date of birth and email is on record in the current medical record system (launched November 2018), you may self-enroll if you are 14 years of age or older. To start the self-enrollment process, click here .

ENROLL at your next visit

At the time of registration, you will be asked if you would like to enroll in the portal and a registration staff member will complete the first step for enrollment, asking you to provide basic demographic information and the answer to a challenge question (e.g. mother’s maiden name).
