How to log into the Patient Portal Visit https://gmu.medicatconnect.com. Or, select ‘Patient Portal’ in our navigation menu. You will be directed to the log in page. Select “George Mason University” as your organization from the dropdown menu. Use your Mason Net ID (user ID) and patriot password to login.

Students and Mason Summer Housing Residents who feel sick or have symptoms of COVID-19, such as cough, shortness of breath, fever, chills, muscle aches, headache, sore throat, or lost/decreased sense of taste or smell, or think they have been exposed to COVID, call Student Health (703-993-2831) for medical advice and testing options. If you are sick, stay home except to seek medical care.

Telehealth is the use of audio and video technology to offer services to patients who are not in the same physical location as their provider. Current Mason students in Virginia are eligible for telehealth appointments. Healthcare providers are bound by the laws of their state and cannot provide care outside of that scope of practice.

You will need an internet capable device (e.g. phone, computer, or tablet) to complete check-in. Bring your health insurance ID card, if you have insurance. You may choose to use your health insurance if lab testing is ordered.
