Madonna Rehabilitation Hospitals is proud to offer a portal to stay informed on the care of your loved one, even when you can't be at the hospital. Don't know the room code? To obtain your loved one's unique room code, ask their nurse for the room code when you are at the hospital. Unique room codes may or may not be shared over the phone.

What is Madonna's software?

Madonna utilizes a software program to keep families and other loved ones updated on the care of patients in our hospital. This family portal will provide you access to quick, secure and real time patient updates obtained during frequent rounding by our nursing staff. You can share access to this information with whomever you wish.

How many visitors can a pediatric patient have?

All adult and pediatric patients can have one or two (2) visitors on-site at one time. In instances where more than two individuals show up to gain entry into the hospital to visit a patient, only a maximum of two visitors will be allowed to visit at one time. For pediatric patients, one visitor is allowed on-site 24/7.

Do you have to wear a mask in a hospital?

Those expanded hours can include an overnight stay in the patient room or use of the transitional living apartment if that is part of the discharge plan. Visitors must wear a mask at all times on the hospital property, including while alone in a patient room or while outside in an approved garden area.
