How do I sign up for the patient portal?
The St. Ignace Medical Clinic is a Rural Health Clinic located inside the Hospital building on the first floor. Our primary care providers offer quality medical care for the whole family, including Internal Medicine, Women’s Health, managing chronic diseases, preventative care, and care management for patients with transitional care needs.

What is the myhealthinfo patient portal?
To request an interface to allow you to securely connect your health records to your preferred app, please complete our Request a Connection form. Once we receive your request, we will be in touch (typically within three business days) with next steps. Note: You need to have a patient portal account setup in order to connect to a third-party app.
How to Enroll
Not Enrolled? Contact your doctor's office directly for information on how to request access. Please be prepared to provide your email address. NOTE: While offices transition from paper charts to an electronic health record, not all of your information may be immediately available.

Munson Healthcare now offers you the ability to securely connect your health records to some third-party websites, health management apps or diet/fitness trackers like Apple Health. Apple Health allows you to view your health records on you Apple Watch, iPhone, and iPod.

Why is patient privacy important?
Patient privacy is extremely important to us. Our policy around parents’ and guardians’ access to their child’s patient portal follows state and federal laws currently in place to protect minors requiring that some health information remain private.
What to do if you didn't receive an invitation email?
If you requested an invitation and did not receive it via email, please check your junk and/or spam folder (s). If you did not receive the invitation email, you can sign up online or enroll over the phone by calling 231-935-2026 and selecting your community from the list of options.
Can a parent access a minor's health records?
As a parent or guardian, you can use a patient portal to access the health records of your minor child. Patient privacy is extremely important to us, so we have developed a policy around parents' and guardians' access to their child's patient portal that follows state and federal laws.
