The information in the “My Health” Hospital Patient Portal comes from your Brooks or TLC electronic health record. This ensures that you have access to the most accurate, up-to-date information possible.
During your hospital stay or outpatient visit, the hospital will provide you with the information you will need to enroll on the Portal.
