What information can I find in the hospital patient portal?

At the hospital patient portal, you can access read-only medical information through our secure server. This includes educational materials, information on your current medications, allergies, immunizations, health issues, and lab test results. All information is pulled directly from your electronic health records.

Telehealth Appointments

We value the health and safety of our patients, partners, staff and community residents as our top priorities.

What to Expect

Patients with scheduled appointments will receive instructions on telehealth if it is appropriate for their situation. Access to a phone or computer with a web camera with audio will be necessary for a telehealth visit. The process is simple and easy.

Two Ways to Create Your MyHealthHome Account

Enrollment Invitation – Lower Keys Medical Center will send a text and / or email to the email address and / or cell phone number you provided upon registration to the hospital. Follow the instructions in that message to create your account.
