Yes. All My Loretto Health portal passwords are encrypted and URLs are re-written so that they cannot be copied and pasted. You and authorized family members are the only ones who can access your Portal. Also, a timeout feature protects your information if you leave the Portal page open.

Family and friends are a vital part of our residents’ lives, and there’s nothing that can replace visiting a loved one in person. Now, friends and family are welcome to visit their loved ones at our communities, as state and local restrictions allow.
As you are aware, the New York State Governor Kathy Hochul issued an executive order to all nursing homes in the state with more restrictions on family visitation during this COVID surge.
Visiting Hours: Open to visitors; no restrictions on hours or number of visitors. Please follow strict infection control protocols and delay your visit if you are not feeling well or may have been exposed to COVID.
There are no limitations on length of visit at this time at any of our assisted living facilities. Please follow CDC guidelines when visiting any community, including wearing a mask and social distancing, and please plan visits during normal hours of visitation unless for a compassionate care visit.

The Syracuse and Auburn adult day programs are currently closed. We continue to reevaluate opening opportunities as social distancing and other regulatory requirements are relaxed but do not have firm reopening plans at this time.
The medical records department plays a key role in caring for our patients because it tracks every treatment, procedure, and diagnosis by physicians for each patient. At The Loretto Hospital, our medical records staff works closely with attending physicians to ensure that the patient’s medical information is recorded accurately and in a timely manner. Additionally, because of the sensitivity of patient records, Loretto, Hospital adheres to all federal HIPAA Privacy Rules, which protects the privacy of a person's health information, whether electronic, written, or verbal.
