Mar 07, 2014 · I have used a patient portal very satisfactorily for a long time. Sometime last year, 10/7/13, I reported to my medical website that I was having access problems. When I sign into the patient portal using my Microsoft Live ID, an app page pops up asking permission to allow access to my contact list. When I decline, an error message box comes up..
