When I sign into the patient portal using my Microsoft Live ID, an app page pops up asking permission to allow access to my contact list. You cannot access your NextGen Enterprise Patient Portal account once your account is locked. You can click Forgot username, Forgot password, or I have my password reset token to recover your logon details from your NextGen Enterprise Patient Portal logon page. Your account will be automatically unlocked after 20 minutes.

The physician's office sent me a password reset three times but at the end of each reset, there is a security question which I cannot answer (I know the correct answer but it is not accepted by AthenaHealth). The account is then locked.
