How do I update my email in living matrix?

An email will be sent to you from no-reply support@livingmatrix.com. Open the email and follow the instructions to create a new password. Please contact our admin team to have them update your email in Living Matrix. Once they have updated your email, you will receive an email to confirm this update.

Login using your username (which is your email) and password. Once logged in, access the Care Plan by clicking on the “Reports” tab on the left. Click the “View PDF” button next to your Care Plan document. This will open your care plan in a new tab.
