What information can I find in the hospital patient portal?

At the hospital patient portal, you can access read-only medical information through our secure server. This includes educational materials, information on your current medications, allergies, immunizations, health issues, and lab test results. All information is pulled directly from your electronic health records.

Is there a patient portal for St James Hospital?

St. James Parish Hospital, ER and clinics offer a secure web-based Patient Portal through Cerner Health. Our upgraded EHR solution utilizes one platform for all patient records.

How do I enroll in the patient portal?

To enroll in the patient portal, you must receive services at one of our locations. To create an account, you may self-enroll here. Alternatively, you may contact the location where you received care and tell them you would like to make an account. Registration requires an email and a valid ID.

How do I access my sjph patient portal?

Once enrolled, you can visit sjph.iqhealth.com to log in to view test results, book appointments (in-person and virtual visits), message clinic staff, request refills and pay bills. Your patient portal is also accessible via Cerner’s HealtheLife app. Simply download the app and log in using your username and password.

Any new information from visits to a St. Peter's Health Partners doctor’s office or hospital from May 8 and beyond, including prescription refills, visit notes and lab results, will now be in your new MyChart patient portal.

New Cerner Patient Portal

Our upgraded EHR solution utilizes one platform for all patient records. This means that whether you are seen in our ER, have a wellness visit at a clinic or come in for an x-ray, all of your information is housed in one system which you will access through one patient portal.

Portal Features

Patients of Poche Medical Clinic, Lutcher Family Clinic, St. James West Bank Clinic and St. James Urology Clinic can book appointments through the portal. Simply log in and click “Schedule an Appointment.” Choose the type of visit (“established” means you have seen a provider before) and from here, view openings and choose an option.

Past Portals & Bills

Before our new Cerner System, patients had two separate portals to access information from the hospital and clinics. If you were previously signed up on our past portals, you can still access them for health information and bills prior to August 23rd (see links below).

Is South Branch Family Practice covered by insurance?

Emergency Note: There is Always a doctor on call for South Branch Family Practice. Please call the office first, BEFORE you go to any urgent care center. These centers are not covered by most insurances and you will have to pay out of pocket.
