Whenever a new item is posted to your patient portal, such as results, reports, appointments etc., you will receive an email notification. There will be a link at the bottom of the email directing you to the portal log-in screen. No health information is relayed in any email.

All of the information in the Portal comes from your Montrose Regional Health Electronic Health Record.

If you are already registered, sign on here. Then, simply enter your user name and password.

Q: What if I am not registered to use the portal?

If you have not received a log-on ID, you will need to stop by medical records and register for the portal.

Q: Can my family access my Portal?

Yes, you will need to fill out the Proxy Request form and bring it to the Medical Records Department.

Q: Are my Physician office records available here?

No. You will need to contact your physician for information regarding appointments and office visits.
