To freeze a slot, call /appointments/{appointmentid}/freeze PUT. An open appointment slot can later be unfrozen in order to free it up for scheduling (also by using /appointments/{appointmentid}/freeze PUT, but with different arguments). Booked appointment slots can also be frozen.
