Cummings Foundation

Lawrence General Hospital is pleased to announce it has been awarded a $100,000 grant over the next three years through the Cummings Foundation’s $20 Million Grant Program. The grant will help the hospital fund its community efforts to prevent cardiovascular disease.

Obtaining Your COVID-19 Test Results

Please do not call the medical records office to find out the results of your COVID-19 test. If you already have your test results, you may ask medical records office to provide a copy. Calling hours to inquire about a copy of your COVID-19 test results are Monday - Friday, 8 am - 2:30 pm. Call 978-683-4000, ext. 2046.

Obtaining a Copy of Your Personal Medical Record

All requests for medical information from Lawrence General Hospital are directed to the Health Information Services Department. Requests for records should be made on the “Authorization to Use or Disclose Protected Health Information” form.
