Your KRMCMed patient portal allows you to easily access health records, billing, schedule appointments, and conduct virtual visits with your KRMC and Platte Valley Medical Clinic physician. If you know your medical record number and your email address is already on file, you may enroll at any time.

MHealth is the mobile version of our Patient Portal, which offers secure and convenient access to your health information at your fingertips, on your mobile device or tablet. MHealth offers a wide range of results and features that allow you to better manage your and your family’s care.

How do Munson Healthcare Patient portals work?

One way we do that is by giving you access to your health information when and where you want it. Our patient portals offer you convenient, personalized, and secure online access to part of your health records from participating Munson Healthcare hospitals, clinics, and doctor’s offices: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

How do I connect to a third party patient portal?

Find the name of the hospital or practice that you visited and click the button. This will open a page with links to the patient portal, patient portal app (if available), and request a connection to a third-party app.

COVID vaccination

Knutsford Medical Partnership are delighted to announce that we have delivered over 32,000 first and second dose vaccinations and 7,600 booster vaccinations. Our GP Surgery Team and volunteers have worked incredibly hard since January offering vaccination clinics at Knutsford Community Hospital.

COVID-19 booster vaccinations

Anyone who received a COVID-19 vaccination before mid-April 2021 will soon be invited by the NHS to receive a COVID-19 booster vaccination.

E-Consult

E-Consult is an online triage system. It gives patients access to self care, allows them to complete administrative tasks such as requesting a sick note remotely. It also makes it easier for GPs to assess what medical care the patient needs.
