Our Convenient Hours of Operation

For your convenience our office is open from 7:30a.m. to 5p.m. Monday through Thursday and 7:30a.m.-12 p.m. on Friday. Our Saturday walk in clinic is open from 8:00am-12:00pm.

Refills & Prescription Information

Please bring your medication bottles or take a picture with your phone when coming in to see the doctor. Many times prescriptions are less expensive, if you private pay. You might ask your pharmacist next time you get a prescription. Per clinic policy, we will not fill narcotics on the weekends.

What is patient portal?

The Patient Portal uses HTTPS to provide encrypted communication between you and your doctor’s office. Access to your portal account is controlled through secure access codes, personal ID’s, and passwords. Only you will have access to the login information needed to view your account.

PrimaryPlus accepts most insurance, Medicare, All Kentucky Medicaid Plans, OH Medicaid (CareSource & Molina) and offers a Sliding Fee Scale providing up to a 75% discount on care on most services (upon application approval).
