Our COVID Procedures

Masks are required to enter our facility and must remain on while you are in our facility. At the check in desk, our receptionist will take your temperature. Anyone with a temperature of >100.3 will not be seen. Anyone exhibiting signs of illness (cough, congestion, etc) will be asked to reschedule.

About Dr. Johnson

Dr. Johnson was born and raised in Kentucky. After graduating first in her class from Bourbon County High School, she graduated from the University of Tennessee where she was the recipient of several academic scholarships. She was an active member of Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority including being her chapter’s Membership Chairman and Vice President.
