How long is a routine appointment?

A “routine appointment” is not designed to exceed fifteen minutes. If you call for an appointment that you anticipate will necessitate more than fifteen minutes for discussion and care of a problem, please indicate this to the receptionist, so that she may schedule an appropriate amount of time.

Do you need to refill prescriptions?

Most prescriptions, for short-term problems need no refills; however, if a refill is authorized, please call your pharmacist. If you are on a long-term medication, refills will be handled at the time of your office visit. Please check prior to your appointment to see if you are running out.

Your doctor's office will provide you with a username and password to give you Patient Portal access.#N#You can also get access by calling our Customer Service Department at (614) 423-6916 or toll-free at (844) 245-5538.#N#The first time you log in, you will need to review the consent forms and click on next, then check the box, and click on agree.
