As a patient of Jackson Hospital, The Jackson Clinic, Jackson Imaging Center or Jackson Outreach Laboratory, you may receive an email invitation to register for our free patient portal.* *You must provide a valid email address at the time of registration. If you are interested in signing up for access to the Patient Portal, please do so by submitting your name and email address to Jackson Medical Group at info@jacksonmedicalgroup.com. Your account will then be enabled and you will receive an email confirmation of activation that will include your login information.
