The practices of the Hospital – Chipola Surgical & Medical Specialties, Chipola QuickCare, and Internal Medicine Associates of Jackson Hospital – also have a separate, secure patient portal for their patients’ use.
Enroll in the Patient Portal by either completing the online self-enrollment process or by filling out an enrollment form and returning it to the JCMH registration area, the JCMH Health Information Management department or a JCMH Medical Clinic receptionist.
