Step three: Make your appointment

For many medical appointments, health and wellness services, and CAPS Now appointments for first-time clients, we have a convenient online scheduling option. You must have an IU username and password to use this service.

Step four: Arrive 15 minutes early

In order to complete pre-appointment paperwork, we ask that you arrive at the Student Health Center 15 minutes prior to your appointment time.

If you schedule online, make sure you’re scheduling the correct service. Need to see a medical provider? You’ll want an appointment with the medical clinic.
