Overall this product can help keep patients engaged in their care, through videos, information about their diagnosis and treatment and so forth. That being said the correct information MUST be in the EMR about the patient for myStation.

From an end user perspective, this is a very good product. However from the technical side it is extremely frustrating. Our facility has had many technical issues since implementation. At our facility, our technical team is the first line of defense and typically if granted the access we could solve many issues on our own.

Constant issues with every update; one problem fixed creates another. My company is terminating its contract with the company next year and I can see only positive changes resulting from this decision.
