Mile Bluff Medical Center is committed to protecting your privacy and confidentiality. Before we release copies of your medical records, we require patient or legal guardian authorization. The Health Information Department maintains all Mile Bluff patient healthcare records and reviews all requests for copies before processing.
Mile Bluff Medical Center utilizes two separate billing offices: the hospital division and the clinic division. The hospital division files your claims for hospital inpatient and outpatient services (i.e. rehabilitation, audiology, etc.), laboratory services, and radiology services provided at any Mile Bluff facility. The clinic division files claims for professional services provided at any Mile Bluff facility.
If Mile Bluff is unable to obtain payment from your insurance company, you will be billed for the remaining balance.
Normally, payment of your bill is due within 15 days of the patient balance appearing on your statement. However, Mile Bluff's staff can work with you to arrange a reasonable payment plan.
You are asked to come prepared to pay for all known patient expenses, such as co-payments, deductibles, coinsurance or non-covered amounts. If you are not able to pay in full at the time of service, a patient representative can help you work out a reasonable payment plan.
If you provide Mile Bluff with accurate information, your medical claims will be filed to Medicare, Wisconsin Medicaid and commercial insurances. The insurance market is constantly changing, so you are encouraged to read your coverage policy and check with you insurance company to confirm that Mile Bluff Medical Center is within your network. Mile Bluff's experts are always happy to serve you, but receiving care within your network will be to your financial advantage.

To enroll in the patient portal, you must receive services at one of our locations. To create an account, you may self-enroll here. Alternatively, you may contact the location where you received care and tell them you would like to make an account. Registration requires an email and a valid ID.
All messages sent to your provider’s office are transferred via a secure server compliant with HIPAA standards.
