How many email addresses are allowed per user?

Only one email address is allowed per user. You cannot use the same email for more than one person who wants to set up the portal. Do not use this or any portal to communicate urgent matters. If you have an urgent matter please call Sleep Insights at (585) 385.6070.

Do you need hyphens for Sleep Insights?

The printed Patient Portal instructions you received from Sleep Insights show an initial password with hyphens to enter the first time you log onto the portal. However, when entering your initial password, do NOT enter any hyphens—just the numbers/letters.
