New and follow-up visits are by appointment only, with emergency visits available when necessary. Cancellations should be made with at least 24 hour notice. Prescription Policy

Prescription refills are generally valid for a maximum of one year.#N#Patients must have been seen in the office within the past six months in order to have a prescription refilled.#N#Patients calling in for a refill beyond the one year period must make an appointment; then they will receive a limited prescription to sustain them until the appointment (one time only)..

Emergency Calls

We provide 24 hour physician availability for telephone coverage of emergency conditions for established patients.#N#Patients who receive treatment from a phone triage when the office is closed must schedule a follow-up office visit at their earliest convenience.
