What is in innovative care?

Innovative Care is a medical group that uniquely brings primary care, urgent care and therapy together to serve our patients better. Here, you can walk-in for a sudden illness or injury seven days a week. You can also make Innovative your home for ongoing primary care needs, or see one of the therapists on our behavioral health team.

One thing that puts the “innovative” in Innovative Health Plan (IHP ll Powered by AmWINS) is our evidence-based approach to quality care management; it is transparent, focused, available in real-time and transforming the healthcare experience.

What is innovative Express Care?

Innovative Care was born from a vision to create a better healthcare experience. I wanted to create a place where patients could receive high-quality care that is both convenient and affordable. In 2015, my vision became a reality and Innovative Express Care was born.

What should I do if your office is closed and I need medical care?

To page the on-call physician after-hours for urgent matters, please call our office to be connected to the answering service .

What do I need to do if IPC refers me to a specialist physician?

If your health insurance plan requires a referral form, please contact our office to speak with our Referral Coordinator.

What is the first priority of IPC?

Special note: Our first priority is your health. Our second is being efficient with our time, yours and our other patients’ needs. In order to best serve all of our patients’ needs, health care issues that might require additional time will need another appointment to be scheduled. In the complicated world of healthcare, and the challenges we face in meeting all the requirements of the industry, as well as trying to manage the growing stress and demands placed on our IPC team of providers and staff, we please request that you follow this process.
