The Patient Portal is a free service offered to Mission Health patients.
When you give another person proxy to your medical records in the Portal , this person can see the same records that you see in the Portal. The proxy has the same viewing rights as you do.
My Portal (Patient Portal) is a website that allows you a convenient and secure way to view portions of your medical records and communicate with your provider’s health care team. Within your My Portal (Patient Portal) account, you will be able to do the following:
General clinic questions should be directed to our office. Technical assistance is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week at 844.274.8497. Technical support staff can help locate the invitation, provide assistance enrolling, logging in and navigating within My Portal (Patient Portal); however support staff are not able to assist with clinical questions.
The enrollment link expires 90 days from the day they are issued. If you are not able to find your invitation or it expired, you may request a new invitation from the staff at the facility that assist with your medical records. If you need technical help to locate the invitation, assistance enrolling, or navigating within My Portal (Patient Portal), you may contact our Technical Support center at (844) 274-8497; the staff are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

The Patient Portal is an online service that provides patients secure access to their health information. If you’re having issues logging into your patient portal, please contact your medical provider’s office for support.
Click the Sign Out link at the top right of the screen. Alternatively, if your keyboard remains idle for 10 minutes or more, you will receive a pop-up window asking if you are still actively using the portal. If you do not click the OK button, you will be signed out automatically. Any information you have typed and not saved or sent will be lost.
Any active patient over the age of 13 is eligible to register for and use the Patient Portal. If you are authorized, a family access account can be created that will allow you to access selected family members' health information. top
Yes. Using the portal locator doesn’t affect your ability to use other URLs to log in to your patient portal.
It is at your provider's discretion to make test results available. Your provider must authorize the release of your test results in order for them to post to your Patient Portal account. Only test results which are considered appropriate for release will be accessible through the Patient Portal. top
You cannot permanently delete sent or archived messages. This is because all messages that you send and receive in the Patient Portal are part of your medical record. top
