Prescription Refills

Refills of all medications, including narcotics, will be provided Monday through Friday during regular office hours. As a courtesy, we ask that you notify our office with your refill request at least 48 hours in advance of needing your medication.

Billing Office

You may contact our Billing Department at (757) 539-0728 for questions regarding your account, make a payment, or request an itemized statement.

Medical Records Requests

Requests for Medical Records may be faxed to (757) 925-6719 or (757) 967-0675. Please note that patient records may be faxed to other medical offices and Providers.
