Why am I receiving emails from my HSS healthcare provider?

For the sake of clarity, you may receive emails from your HSS healthcare providers related to your care or treatment, when you request such communications. If you no longer with to communicate via email with your HSS healthcare provider, you should notify the provider.

How do I pay my HSS bill without a myhss account?

If you do not wish to activate a MyHSS account or if your physician is not on MyHSS, you may still be able to pay your bill online. Visit our payments page or contact your clinician.

How do I recover access to my HSS account?

From the login page, click "Forgot MyHSS Username?" or "Forgot Password?" to access this account. Oops! Something is not right here... There is an existing account for this person. Please contact us directly to restore access to your account.

What is HSS app?

HSS is always seeking ways to improve our patients’ experience. With the new MyHSS app, you can manage your care and access important information and resources at HSS, all in one place . MyHSS is designed to give you quicker, easier access to the information you need.

Where can I download MyHSS?

You will need to download the new MyHSS app through the Apple App Store or Google Play. You will still be able to use the current MyHSS patient portal through the MyChart app, but after a period of time, you will need to download the new MyHSS app to access the MyHSS patient portal.

Is MyHSS free?

Get MyHSS. It's here! It is FREE and available for both iOS and Android devices. For help downloading or using MyHSS, call the MyHSS Help Desk at 844.269.4509. For detailed instructions on using the MyHSS app, download our MyHSS User Guide.

Is MyHSS mobile?

Yes, there are both mobile app and web versions of MyHSS. There are some differences between the web and mobile experiences, but for the most part they offer the same functions and tools. You can use whichever version is easiest and most convenient for you.

Can I use my HSS in my office?

While most HSS physicians are using MyHSS in their offices, some may not. If this is the case with your physician, you may still sign up for MyHSS, but limited information will be available to you. For example, you will not be able to message or request an appointment with your physician's office through MyHSS.
