There are two ways patients can register for My Patient Portal: 1. Self-register Online You can self-register online using the email we have on file at Lawrence Memorial Hospital or at one of our physician/specialty care provider offices. You can also register using your medical record number (MRN).

Although there are not specific visiting hours, our front entrance doors open at 6:30am and close at 8:00pm. After you check in with the Safe Care Navigators, please stop by the front desk to receive your visitor badge and for instructions to the room of the patient you wish to see.
Menus are provided to all inpatient individuals, offering food options in accordance with the diet prescribed by each patient’s doctor. A representative from Dietary visits you daily with a printed menu from which you select meals for the next day. “Meals on Demand” allows each patient or representative to place an order for meals anytime within the meal service time line.
No other medication may be used by the patient in the Hospital except those ordered by the physicians. All medication brought by the patient to the Hospital will be sent to the pharmacy for identification, storage, and safekeeping. Medications will be returned to the patient when discharged.
