A. "Contraband" means materials, articles, or goods that patients are prohibited from having in their possession because such materials, articles or goods present a risk to safety and security in the facility.
It is the policy of Department of State Hospitals - Napa to ensure the right of Patients to receive visitors daily. Patients also have the right to refuse to see visitors. No more than four (4) visitors per Patient will be allowed at one time, unless prior arrangements and approval has been granted.
