Our OB/GYN patient portal offers a summary of all patient information stored within the EMR on the IMS’ Patient Dashboard. This dashboard allows OB/GYN specialists to view data including patient demographics, issues, medications, and more relevant information.
IMS’ online OB/GYN patient portal allows new patients to enter information on their past medical history and also general family history before they arrive for their first appointment. Over time, patients can also update this record so that their information is always up-to-date.
Patients are able to use the OB/GYN Patient Portal to upload images of their conditions. This helps them to document and share what is going on with their physician. The OB/GYN physician can then document directly on the image showing the pain scale, pain radiation, and areas of pain.
On our OB/GYN patient portal, patients are able to see a list of their prescriptions, as well as information on how they need to take each medication and how many refills they have left. Patients can easily send prescription refill requests to their provider via the OB/GYN patient portal when their medication is running out.
The IMS’ OB/GYN patient portal is fully integrated with the EMR. Patients can enter information about their chief complaint, as well as what their expectations are for their next appointment in to the system, and the inputted data is then sent directly to the EMR. The patient is able to select the visit chief complaint field and enter details concerning their complaint directly from the portal.
