How many accounts do you need for Hirsch Pediatrics?

Hirsch or the front desk. You only need to set up one account per family.

Can you use the Patient Portal at Hirsch Pediatrics?

Because the Patient Portal/e-mail communication will only be used by Hirsch Pediatrics to provide abbreviated and relatively short answers to patient questions, it should not be used as a substitute for more detailed advice that can be given over the phone or at an appointment.

PLEASE READ: The discounted “out -of-network” and “uninsured” rates are only available for families who alert Hirsch Pediatrics of their insurance status BEFORE the appointment.

The privacy and security of your health information is very important to us. We will protect your information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. Our Patient Portal secures the information you provide on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment. All communications occur over a secure connection.

Online Payments

The online payment function provided in the portal adheres to PCI Compliance guidelines, thereby providing some level of security for transmitted transactions and transaction data. These provisions protect your financial information, but should not be considered perfect.

The Portal should never be used for urgent matters. If you have symptoms that may require medical intervention or treatment in a timely manner, please call the office (301) 990-3030, call 911 or go to an emergency room, as appropriate under the circumstances. The Portal is not a substitute for appropriate and timely contact with your provider.
