Take Charge of Your Health

Sacramento Heart & Vascular Medical Associates proudly introduces the Northern California Cardiac Wellness Center, located in the charming area of Campus Commons in Sacramento, CA.

Our Approach

To help ensure your best health, we take a more proactive approach than many cardiologists. This means we address problems early, especially things like cholesterol and high blood pressure that can lead to more serious concerns later on. We use the same approach for arrhythmia and heart failure management.

Our Services

We don't just treat your heart. We treat you. We listen to you and spend the time to get to know you and understand your situation. We have genuine compassion, we care about the quality of your life, and you'll always know that we're doing all we can to accommodate your individual needs.

What are the current areas of focus?

Current areas of focus include: 1 Finding safe and effective ways to make minimally invasive treatments available for more patients with heart and vascular disease 2 Identifying the root causes of heart disease, including its genetic determinants 3 Exploring how stem cells can not only treat heart disease but help with individual diagnosis, such as generating heart cells for evaluation from your skin or gums 4 Advancing heart-pump technology including the development of a wireless, rechargeable battery and new pump materials with higher blood compatibility 5 Developing new cardiovascular revascularization options for patients with multiple prior bypasses, failed angioplasty/stents, or other complications 6 Advancing aorta repair and replacement, including non-surgical procedures and hybrid procedures that combine surgical and catheter-based techniques. Our program performs the highest volume of ascending and descending aorta surgeries, with or without stent grafting, in California

What is an open trial?

Open trials refer to studies currently recruiting participants or that may recruit participants in the near future. Closed trials are not currently enrolling, but may open in the future.
