What is community healthworx?

The ONLINE PORTAL system is available to our patients, if interested in signing up, please ask if your doctor is involved with this type of scheduling. Patients who register will be able to open their own personal account on our secure website; in return this will allow you, the patient to book, cancel or reschedule your own appointments online .

How do I access my medical information from the patient portal?

The HealthWorX plan includes unlimited telehealth for all employees AND their dependents. There are no co-pays or deductibles. Available at no cost to provide peace of mind by assuring that financial loss or hardship will be alleviated.

What time does HealthWorx open?

9:00am to 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm to 4:00. Friday and Saturday. 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. PLEASE NOTE that all Walk-In services are dependent upon doctor availability and are for current Healthworx patients only on a first come first serve basis.

Is HealthWorx a primary care?
