However, at Highland Village Family Medicine, we have intentionally chosen to remain a private practice.

Bruce Linden is married with four children. He graduated from Texas Tech Medical School in 1982 and subsequently trained in the John Peter Smith Hospital Family Practice Residency. His wife is a Registered Nurse and homemaker. She also sews and does volunteer work. They have four children, three of which have graduated from college.
Dale Swanholm is married with two children. He graduated from University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in 1972. His Family Practice Residency began at the University of Iowa and finished in the U.S. Air Force. His wife is a homemaker. She does volunteer work and enjoys gardening. His daughter, Amy, is a lawyer in Austin.
John Tilley is married with three sons. He graduated from University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in 1981. Subsequently, he trained in the St. Paul Family Practice Residency. His wife is a quilter who also sews, reads, and volunteers. The three boys are working in the local area and attending college.
