Family Health Centers is now offering TELE-MEDICINE SERVICES to our ADULT MEDICINE patients. To schedule an appointment, please call 844-FHC-SWFL. Your must have a smart phone and use FACETIME or WHATS APP.

In 2019, Healthcare Network provided $13.9 million in uncompensated care. Notably, 39% of the adult patients seen did not have any form of insurance, 61% of children were covered by Medicaid and 58% of Healthcare Network patients were living at or below the poverty level.

EMPLOYEE CONTRIBUTIONS

Even our employees step up to ensure that access to quality healthcare is available to all. Currently, employees contribute through auto payroll deductions to one or more of Healthcare Network’s funds. In fact, we raised $36,486 from employee deductions in 2019. Now that’s passion for what you do!
