The KAHC Referral Management Center is open to walk-ins Monday through Friday from 0800-1200 and 1300-1630. We are closed all weekends and Federal holidays.

KAHC prescription transfer service is available Monday-Friday during business hours. Prescription Transfers may be requested at the Main Pharmacy at window 7 or by calling 804-734-9535 (option 8). Please allow 72 business hours for processing all transfer requests. After the transfer is complete, you'll receive a phone call with instructions to pick up your medication at the Refill pharmacy.
