Participants unable to attend the worksite screening can search for the nearest Healics contracted clinic prior to ordering an assessment kit.
Participants unable to attend the work site screening can order a kit and complete the health assessment/biometric screening at one of our contracted clinics nationwide. Participants must get authorization and an access code from their employer to use this option. Use the Healics Contracted Clinic Location List to locate a clinic prior to ordering.
Participants can access their personal health report online (to view updates, print additional copies, etc.). This option is only available to participants after they have received their Individual Health Profile – information from the report is needed to create an online account.
