The Patient Portal at Harbin Clinic enables you to look up personal health information whenever and wherever you are using a laptop, tablet, or mobile device with an internet connection.
That’s why we’ve made it easy for you to communicate directly with your Harbin providers and physicians with the Harbin Clinic Patient Portal. The Patient Portal is a convenient, secure tool providing 24-hour access to a variety of services from your computer, tablet or mobile device.
Pay bills online – Harbin Clinic accepts VISA, Master Card, AMEX, and Discover View and share medical and billing information with approved family members To register, you will need a unique email address. During your next appointment at your physician’s office, a Harbin Clinic representative will request a valid email address.

The patient can then approve or cancel the appointment entirely. If they would like to reschedule the proposed time they will need to call the office directly.
Note: Patients can request to cancel an appointment directly within their Patient Portal. Patients must have access to their Patient Fusion account in order to request a cancellation.
A: It is important to note your patients will still receive email notifications regarding appointment requests, reschedules, and cancellations, even if appointment reminders have been disabled for your practice.
