Guilford Medical Associates has been a part of the Greensboro medical community for more than 50 years. We have eleven physicians, all board certified in internal medicine and some in additional areas of specialization.

How to set up a secure patient portal?

Setting up a secure account starts by speaking with a member of our Patient Registration team and requesting activation of your Patient Portal. After providing an email address you will receive an email containing a link and instructions on how to complete the Patient Portal registration process, including how to set your password. Once your password is set, log out of the portal and your activation will be complete.

How many emails do you receive when you request access to both the Hospital Patient Portal and the Clinic Patient Portal?

If you are requesting access to both the Hospital Patient Portal and the Clinic Patient Portal you will receive two separate emails with instructions for accessing both systems.

How to reset password on a portal?

Within the portal, click on the green Trouble Logging In button and select Forgot Password. You will then receive an email with a link to reset your password.

If you have signed up multiple family members with a single email, the username for additional members will be: last name , first name , year of birth (smithjane1945).
