Setting up a secure account starts by speaking with a member of our Patient Registration team and requesting activation of your Patient Portal. After providing an email address you will receive an email containing a link and instructions on how to complete the Patient Portal registration process, including how to set your password. Once your password is set, log out of the portal and your activation will be complete.
If you are requesting access to both the Hospital Patient Portal and the Clinic Patient Portal you will receive two separate emails with instructions for accessing both systems.
