What is the patient portal?

Our Patient Portal is a convenient, secure health management tool you can use anywhere you have access to the Internet. It provides access to important information about your health records such as, recent doctor visits, discharge summaries and medication.

What is Grand View Health’s practice like?

Their practice is located within Grand View Health and is available to patients 24 hours a day, seven days a week. They only see hospitalized patients and do not have outpatient medical offices. These physicians have strong backgrounds in general and critical care medicine.

How do I create an account with Grandview Medical Center?

Enrollment Invitation – Grandview Medical Center will send an email to the email address you provided upon registration to the hospital. Follow the instructions in that message to create your account. Self-Enrollment – If you did not provide Grandview Medical Center with your e-mail address, you can still create an account by clicking here.

How do I pay my Guthrie Bill online?

Paperless Billing & Online Bill Pay – You can request to receive your Guthrie bill online using your eGuthrie account and can make payments with a credit card online at any time. You will receive a single bill, regardless of where you received your care at Guthrie.

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, MedStar Health has put in place temporary restrictions and guidance for patient visitors, professional support persons (e.g., doula), and support persons for patients with disabilities (support persons) at all of our care locations.

After-hours vehicle safety services

Please call Protective Services at 202-444-3800, when you are ready to leave the hospital and a Protective Services department officer will escort you to your vehicle.

Wi-Fi Internet access

Individuals can simply select “MedStarGuest” as their Wi-Fi resource under Settings and connect by accepting the Acceptable Use Policy.

Why is Guthrie Cortland Medical Center introducing electronic health records?

That is why we are introducing a new Electronic Health Record across Guthrie Cortland Medical Center and Guthrie Medical Group, to make your care smoother, safer, and to allow you more time to focus on the things that matter most to you.

When will Guthrie bill be released?

Whether you see a provider from the medical group, have a hospital admission or have outpatient testing, you will get one bill that includes all the care you receive from Guthrie after October 3, 2020.

Can you use eGuthrie to update your medical records?

As well as being able to contact your providers, view your medical records and check your test results, you may now use eGuthrie to update your personal information , saving time when you come in for a visit. You will also be able to schedule appointments.

Be sure to bring a copy of your advance healthcare directive with you every time you are admitted to Grand View.
