Our Online Patient Portal – Connects patients, physicians and communities through technology. The Patient Portal is simple, secure, and has 24/7 access to your health information. As a GRMC patient portal member, most results are normally available within 72 hours after discharge.
To access your patient portal, please log in to the General Patient Portal. NOTE: If you are a patient in Albion/Medina, a Cardiothoracic patient or a patient at Dr. Perna’s/Ippolito's office, you will need to log in under that appropriate section. For technical support regarding the patient portal please call 716-422-5801.
You will need to contact your medical provider’s office for any technical issues. But before you do, please check that you’re attempting to access your patient portal from a desktop computer using a Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari browser. This may solve the problem. If not, your medical provider can supply additional assistance.

Portal activations are not sent via email, only printed letter handed to you at your office visit, over the phone or by a mailed letter. If you have not received an activation letter by any of these means, please contact your office.
Enrollment Invitation – Greenbrier Valley Medical Center will send a text and / or email to the email address and / or cell phone number you provided upon registration to the hospital. Follow the instructions in that message to create your account.
