Family Health Centers would like to introduce its new Online Payment Services, a quick and easy way to pay your bill. We use Phreesia to securely process our online payments. Pay via our patient portal Log into your Patient Portal account and select Pay My Bill to make a payment. You will be redirected to our secured Phreesia Payment Portal.

Can you access summary of care after discharge?

No. After each admission to the hospital a new summary of care document will post to your patient portal. You may access the document any time after you are discharged. Once the initial email has been sent, the patient or authorized representative will not be sent new emails with each new visit.
