How do I create a portal account as a patient?

Every ENT Associates patient can create a Portal account. It’s a simple process to get started! You’ll need to be “invited” to create an account. Alert us that you’d like to register and make sure we have a valid email address. We’ll send you an introductory email with a link and instructions to launch the account registration process. IMPORTANT!

Can Entent associates provide copies of my patient’s charts?

ENT Associates will always be able to provide / print copies from patients’ charts if needed. New and former Patient Portal users will need to register and establish fresh accounts.
