Encompass Medical Group has nine locations throughout the greater Kansas City area. Our regular office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. We have radiology services on-site, including mammography, ultrasound, plain film, echocardiogram and bone density. We also offer lab services on-site. At Encompass Medical Group, all of our services are patient-centered, team-based, and focused on your specific needs.

Through the patient portal, you can communicate with your doctor’s office, receive results, information, and request appointments.

For patients at Encompass Health rehabilitation hospitals, the MyEncompass Health Caregiver App offers you, your family and your loved ones access to real-time progress toward your goals and an overview of your care plan in a secure manner.
Use the app to follow along with your stay at our hospital as you make progress toward established goals. The features provide insights for you, your family and your loved ones.
The app allows you to invite others who you would like involved in your care and recovery to see your information and follow along as you progress in your rehabilitation stay. If needed, you can allow your legal representative to share your information with others, through granting access to the application on your behalf.

If your medical information is incorrect (ie: list of medications or allergies): Please contact your Physician’s office and discuss your concerns with your Provider. You will need to fill out a Request For Amendment in Medical Record form in the event your medical information needs to be changed.
