What are encompass medical group’s office hours?

Our regular office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. We have radiology services on-site, including mammography, ultrasound, plain film, echocardiogram and bone density. We also offer lab services on-site. At Encompass Medical Group, all of our services are patient-centered, team-based, and focused on your specific needs.

Avoid an emergency room copay and be seen at the Encompass Medical Group Urgent Care Program by calling 816-942-8200. Talk to your doctor about signing up for the patient portal. Through the patient portal, you can communicate with your doctor’s office, receive results, information, and request appointments.

Encompass Medical Group (EMG) Encompass Medical Group (EMG) is an independent primary care physician group in the Greater Kansas City area, with over 50 family medicine and internal medicine physicians, as well as primary care nurse practitioners.

Can you telehealth with Encompass?

Your Encompass Medical Group office will work with you to schedule your telehealth visit. As well, clinicians performing medical outreach for test results, etc. may want to initiate a virtual visit with you for such. Not all visits are conducive to telehealth.

Use the app to follow along with your stay at our hospital as you make progress toward established goals. The features provide insights for you, your family and your loved ones.

Share your progress

The app allows you to invite others who you would like involved in your care and recovery to see your information and follow along as you progress in your rehabilitation stay. If needed, you can allow your legal representative to share your information with others, through granting access to the application on your behalf.

If a patient does not activate their account online through Compass Health Connection within 30 days of receipt of their username and password, the account will be made inactive as a security measure. If this happens, please call the Compass Health Connection Help Line at 508-350-2509 for assistance.

What to do if you leave Compass?

If you decide to leave Compass Medical, please notify your Primary Care Office and they will deactivate your account. You can also call the Compass Health Connection Help Line at 508-350-2509 for assistance.

How old do you have to be to use Compass?

All Compass Patients ages 18 and over with a personal email account can utilize Compass Health Connection. At this time, Compass Health Connection does not offer accounts for children or young adults for security purposes. We are working hard to bring you additional features in the future.

What to do if your medical record is incorrect?

If your medical information is incorrect (ie: list of medications or allergies): Please contact your Physician’s office and discuss your concerns with your Provider. You will need to fill out a Request For Amendment in Medical Record form in the event your medical information needs to be changed.
