Step Two - Complete Your Student Health Insurance Requirement

All new, transfer and continuing degree-seeking and all international Emory University students (including Oxford College) are required to have health insurance.

Step Three - Privacy Practices

Your Privacy form will be completed via the Student Patient Portal at https://www.shspnc.emory.edu. You will sign in with your standard Emory (OPUS) user ID and password (please be aware that your Emory password should be kept confidential. If you share it, others will potentially have access to your personal health information).

Emory University Student Health Services (EUSHS) provides outpatient care for enrolled Emory students with a valid Emory ID card. International student's spouses, Domestic Partners and unmarried children over 18 years of age are also eligible for primary medical care if they are currently enrolled in the Emory/Aetna Student Health Insurance Plan.

How far in advance can you cancel a doctor's appointment?

If you cannot keep your appointment, please call and cancel at least two (2) hours before the scheduled appointment time or 24 hours in advance before specialty clinics. Please read about charges for not showing up (No Show) for a scheduled appointment.
