All new, transfer and continuing degree-seeking and all international Emory University students (including Oxford College) are required to have health insurance.

Your Privacy form will be completed via the Student Patient Portal at https://www.shspnc.emory.edu. You will sign in with your standard Emory (OPUS) user ID and password (please be aware that your Emory password should be kept confidential.
