New Patients

Our team will need to review your medical records, previous physician notes, and labs before scheduling your first appointment.

Routine Appointments

To schedule routine appointments, please call 404-686-8114. Same-day appointments may be available. If your physician is not available, another physician, or our Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant may be able to see you. We recommend scheduling routine visits four to six weeks before the desired appointment date.

Test Results

To optimize your visit, have your routine labs drawn two weeks prior to your scheduled appointment. This will enable your physician to review your labs and discuss them with you in person. For labs drawn on the day of your visit, please allow two weeks for your clinic staff to review the results with you.

Late Arrival

If you are running late, please notify call 404-686-8114 as soon as possible. If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your appointment time, we will try to accommodate you based on the schedule that day.
